Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, busy promotional periods, or adverse weather conditions.
3) Responsibility for Address Information
To ensure that your order is delivered without problems, your address information must be entered completely and accurately.
Our store is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an incorrect telephone number, or a shipment that is not accepted.
4) Shipment Tracking
When your order is handed over to the carrier, the tracking information will be shared with you.
Transportation, distribution, and delays during delivery depend on the carrier's operations.
5) Inspection at the Time of Delivery (Important)
When receiving your package:
If the package is crushed, torn, opened, or otherwise damaged, we recommend that you ask the carrier's representative to prepare a damage report before accepting the package.
For packages accepted without a damage report, the handling of subsequent damage claims may be limited because of the carrier's procedures.
